If your bird is ever lost or stolen your dated AFA registration provide law enforcement with proof of ownership.
Print your attached PDF invoice that comes with your e-mailed purchase receipt as your permanent certificate of registration. Your information will be stored in the AFA Exotic Bird Registry file maintained by the organization. If you require an official "signed" copy of your registration certificate, click the button on the order form. There is a $3.00 additional charge for a signed, mailed, letter of registration. If you want an official frame-able Certificate of Registration, there is an additional $10.00 charge to cover postage and production.
